Investigator Meetings
In 2011 Universal WorldEvents managed 211 investigator meetings worldwide on behalf of our clients. Our dedicated teams provide project management, a venue finding service, delegate and registration management, any necessary post-event follow up tasks and final budget reconciliation.
We understand that there are subtle differences in the various types of meetings required for clinical trials; that a standard pre-trial investigator meeting is different from a study update meeting, which is in turn different from a meeting to amend the protocol. Each trial can face specific challenges such as site enrolment, study fatigue or patient recruitment. Additionally Universal WorldEvents is experienced in complying with the regulatory guidelines, both domestically and internationally. We work to each of our clients’ specific Health Care Professional (HCP) expenditure reporting and tracking requirements, as well as those for the industry.
