The Finance Administrator supports our event management account teams in every aspect of the financial administration of projects, including cash flow management, invoicing, checking budgets, tracking documents and tracking hours to ensure the profitability of projects. The Finance Administrator also supports the Finance Executive with monthly reporting and general administration.
The Finance Administrator needs to have advanced Microsoft Excel skills, excellent attention to detail and a ‘can do’ attitude, with flexible working hours outside of the regular daily office hours. A strong ability to regularly swap between one task to the next in order to manage workload, deadlines and various team financial demands is imperative.
Whilst a challenging and demanding role, the position does have a lot of autonomy so the successful candidate will be very good at time management, take great pride in their work and be a team player.
To be successful in this role we would expect candidates to have prior experience in a similar finance role with a ‘get it right first time’ attitude.
